Meet our Therapists

Craig J. Tollin OTR/L

​Craig J. Tollin, owner of Just Play Gyms is a Licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience. As a graduate of Stonybrook University's Occupational Therapy Program,  Craig has worked in a variety of pediatric facilities including, Saint Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center, Elizabeth Seton Pediatric Center and Mount Sinai Medical Center. Craig is a consultant at many public and private schools in both NYC and Westchester. Craig has worked with all ages of children from newborns through adolescents. Craig is Neurodevelopmental Technique (NDT) certified and has completed the Sensory Integration Certification Program (SIPT) sponsored by USC/WPS (Western Psychological Services). These approaches are used for the treatment and management of children with a variety of sensory processing weaknesses and posture and movement difficulties resulting from central nervous system (CNS) impairments. Using these techniques, Craig addresses the quality and quantity of children's abilities through play. Craig is also trained in Therapeutic Listening and can perform visual screenings. Using principles of movement sciences, Craig works towards maximizing every child's growth and development in their school, leisure, self care and play skills. Craig's approach looks at the whole child as he uses a holistic approach during his evaluation and treatment sessions.  Craig is licensed in New York and Connecticut.

Sara Cassone MS OTR/L

Sara Cassone is a licensed occupational therapist who delights uses her experience combined with her warm, caring, honest and humor-filled approach to build skill, confidence, and self-esteem in the children she treats. There is nothing more rewarding to her than to see her kids light up with the joy of accomplishment. Sara received her Master of Arts in Occupational Therapy and Occupational Science from the University of Southern California. She spent 10 years in Los Angeles working with kids, aged 0-12 in the top pediatric OT clinics in the area. She’s worked with various diagnoses including SPD, ADHD, ASD, CP, Down Syndrome, CAPD, and developmental delay. She has additional education in the areas of sensory integration/processing, kinesiotaping, therapeutic listening, feeding, executive functioning, reflex integration, neuro-developmental treatment, handwriting, self-regulation and social skills.
